U.S RETURNS

How do I return my order?

  • Send in your request to Support@GranvilleBrothers.com. Please provide us with your name, order number , item you would like to return, and the date you placed your order.
  • All returns and refunds are subject to approval, photos may be requested to verify issue/damage - if needed we will reach out by email
  • Once your request is approved, you will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines, a return label if applicable, and any further instructions

Our policy lasts 3 days for damaged or defectives items or 30 days from the date of package delivery for "Change of Mind" returns in original condition and packaging. If 3 days have gone by for damaged goods or 30 days for "Change of Mind" returns, since your package was delivered, unfortunately we are unable to consider a refund or exchange. Date of package delivery determined using the most current tracking information. 

What can be returned?

  • To be eligible for a return request, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 
  • Several types of goods are ineligible for return. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

How long will it take for my order to be processed?

  • As soon as we receive your payment, we dispatch your order immediately to our suppliers for order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. This process may take an additional 1-4 days. **Please be aware that we are currently experiencing longer than usual estimated shipping times due to COVID-19**

How long does shipping take?

  • For US-based deliveries we use our suppliers standard shipping methods which is a US postal service product and typically takes 3 to 7 days to domestic destinations.  **Please be aware that we are currently experiencing longer than usual estimated shipping times due to COVID-19**

How do I track my order?

  • As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number allowing you to easily locate your product directly from our website at any time. This email will contain a link which will direct you to the shipping partner's website so you may track the shipments progress. Please note that while the majority of our shipping companies provide a tracking service, we cannot guarantee it in all cases. Please note: tracking information could take 10 days to update once shipment confirmation is received.
